Whisker & Brush Summer Creative Sessions

A quiet space for children to slow down, imagine, and create.

JULY - AUGUST 2026

During the SUMMER MONTHS,Whisker & Brush will be offering a limited number of private creative sessions for children in the Hamptons. These small, in-home sessions bring the spirit of the studio into a more personal setting where children can explore art with focus and curiosity.

Each session invites children into a calm and imaginative creative experience through drawing, watercolor, and storytelling. Working slowly with materials, they are guided to observe, experiment, and follow their ideas as they unfold on the page. The emphasis is not on producing a perfect result, but on engaging fully in the creative process—developing attention, patience, and the confidence that comes from discovering what they are capable of making.

Creative Sessions

Sessions are designed for children ages 4–11 and for small groups of siblings or friends, easily adapting to the rhythm of a summer morning at home.

In-home Summer Art Studio

  • Sessions take place in your home. I bring all materials and create a small creative setup wherever children feel comfortable working.

  • Families are encouraged to plan sessions ahead of time, as availability during the summer is limited. Many families choose to schedule creative sessions as part of their children’s summer rhythm, inviting siblings or friends to join and making it a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

  • Sessions are designed for small groups. Many families invite siblings, cousins, or friends to create together.

  • Sessions are generally best suited for children ages 5–12, though this can vary depending on the group.

  • Children explore drawing, watercolor, crafts, book makind, and imaginative storytelling through art. Each session is guided but flexible so children can develop their own ideas.

  • The sessions are designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence in every child. If your child enjoys spending time drawing, imagining and is happiest when creating, these sessions will offer a special time to look forward to.
